VIP Exclusive COORDINATOR

Coordinator:

VIP Exclusive provides a variety of superior services.  We offer customized packages which include: Fine dining, luxury vacation packages, limousine services, spa treatments, massages, winery tours, dancing, entertainment and more.  This position is responsible for finding, qualifying, selling and servicing our clientele whose fine service needs can be filled with our products lines.  Additionally, this position is responsible for account planning and forecasting. 

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

·         Business to consumer sales experience

·         Understand and assist clients with our services: an array of customized packages and specialty services.

·         Special events

·         Meet deadlines and prioritizing tasks

·         Follow all VIP Exclusive protocol and attend all coordinator meetings

·         Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

·         Potential to manage a coordinator team.

·         Concierge experience a plus.

·         Respect the confidentiality of information in regards to VIP Exclusive business plans.
